About Staff Management
Staff members are your team who provide services to customers. Each staff member can have their own schedule, services they perform, and login access to manage their appointments.
Staff Features
- Individual Schedules – Each staff member has their own working hours
- Service Assignment – Assign specific services each staff can perform
- Staff Portal Access – Staff can log in to view and manage their appointments
- Calendar Filtering – View the calendar by specific staff members
- Performance Tracking – Reports on bookings and revenue per staff
"Any Available Staff" Option
When customers book online, they can choose "Any Available Staff" if they don't have a preference. The system will automatically assign the booking to an available staff member who can perform the requested service.
