Booking Statuses

Understand the different appointment statuses in Skhedio.


Available Statuses

Each appointment has a status that indicates where it is in the booking lifecycle:

Pending

Appointment is awaiting confirmation. Online bookings may start as pending if you enable manual approval.

Confirmed

Appointment is confirmed and scheduled. This is the default status for manually created bookings.

Completed

The appointment has been completed. Mark appointments as completed after the service is done.

Canceled

The appointment was canceled by you or the customer. Canceled appointments remain in records.

No-Show

The customer did not show up for their appointment. Useful for tracking customer reliability.

Changing Status

To change an appointment's status:

  1. Click on the appointment
  2. In the appointment details, click the status dropdown
  3. Select the new status
  4. The status updates immediately

Tip: Use filters to view appointments by status. For example, view only "Pending" appointments to quickly process bookings that need confirmation.
