Understand the different access levels for your team.


User Roles

Skhedio has different user roles with varying levels of access:

Business Owner

Full access to everything. Can manage all settings, staff, services, and billing.

  • Full dashboard access
  • Manage all staff members
  • Access business settings and billing
  • View all reports

Manager

Can manage day-to-day operations but not billing or critical settings.

  • View and manage all appointments
  • Manage customers and staff schedules
  • Access reports
  • Cannot access billing

Staff Member

Limited access through the Staff Portal.

  • View own appointments only
  • Update appointment status
  • View customer info for their bookings
  • Manage own schedule

Setting Roles

  1. Go to Staff in the sidebar
  2. Click on a staff member
  3. In the Role dropdown, select their role
  4. Click "Save"

Note: Only Business Owners can change other users' roles.
