How to Add a Customer

Manually add customers to your database.


Adding a New Customer

  1. Go to Customers in the sidebar
  2. Click "+ Add Customer"
  3. Fill in the customer details:
    • First Name (required)
    • Last Name (required)
    • Email – For booking confirmations and reminders
    • Phone – For SMS reminders (if enabled)
  4. Click "Save"

Adding Customers When Booking

You can also add a customer directly when creating an appointment:

  1. Create a new appointment
  2. In the Customer field, type the new customer's name
  3. Click "+ Add New Customer"
  4. Fill in their details
  5. Continue with the booking

Tip: Customers who book online are automatically added to your database. You don't need to add them manually.

Importing Customers

If you have an existing customer list, you can import them via CSV:

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Click the menu icon (three dots)
  3. Select "Import CSV"
  4. Upload your CSV file with columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone
  5. Review and confirm the import
