How to Create a Booking

Learn how to manually create appointments for your customers.


Creating a New Booking

There are two ways to create a booking:

Method 1: From the Calendar

  1. Go to Calendar in the sidebar
  2. Click on an empty time slot where you want to book
  3. The new appointment form will open with the time pre-filled
  4. Select the Customer (or add a new one)
  5. Select the Service
  6. Select the Staff Member
  7. Adjust the date and time if needed
  8. Click "Save"

Method 2: Using the Add Button

  1. Click the "+ New Appointment" button (top right)
  2. Fill in the booking details:
    • Customer – Search or add a new customer
    • Service – Select from your service list
    • Staff – Choose the staff member
    • Date – Pick the appointment date
    • Time – Select an available time slot
  3. Click "Save"

Booking Details

When creating a booking, you can add:

  • Notes – Internal notes visible only to staff
  • Customer Notes – Special requests from the customer
  • Send Notification – Email/SMS confirmation to the customer

Tip: Time slots shown are based on the selected staff member's availability and the service duration.
