Customer Profiles
View and manage detailed information about each customer.
Viewing a Customer Profile
- Go to Customers in the sidebar
- Click on a customer's name
- The customer profile will open showing all their details
Profile Sections
Each customer profile includes:
Contact Information
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address (optional)
Booking History
- All past appointments with dates and services
- Upcoming scheduled appointments
- Total number of visits
- Total amount spent
Notes
- Internal notes about preferences
- Special requirements or allergies
- Service history notes
Editing Customer Information
- Open the customer profile
- Click "Edit"
- Update the information
- Click "Save"
Quick Actions
From a customer profile, you can:
- Book Appointment – Create a new booking for this customer
- Send Message – Email or SMS the customer directly
- Add Note – Add internal notes to their profile
