Customer Profiles

View and manage detailed information about each customer.


Viewing a Customer Profile

  1. Go to Customers in the sidebar
  2. Click on a customer's name
  3. The customer profile will open showing all their details

Profile Sections

Each customer profile includes:

Contact Information

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address (optional)

Booking History

  • All past appointments with dates and services
  • Upcoming scheduled appointments
  • Total number of visits
  • Total amount spent

Notes

  • Internal notes about preferences
  • Special requirements or allergies
  • Service history notes

Editing Customer Information

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Update the information
  4. Click "Save"

Quick Actions

From a customer profile, you can:

  • Book Appointment – Create a new booking for this customer
  • Send Message – Email or SMS the customer directly
  • Add Note – Add internal notes to their profile
