Quick Start Guide

Get your Skhedio booking system up and running in under 10 minutes.

Create Your Account

  1. Go to skhedio.com and click "Get Started"
  2. Sign up with your email or Google account
  3. Verify your email address

Set Up Your Business Profile

  1. From the Dashboard, click "Settings" in the sidebar
  2. Select "Business Profile"
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Business Name – Your company name as customers will see it
    • Business Type – Select your industry (Salon, Spa, Clinic, etc.)
    • Timezone – Your local timezone for accurate scheduling
    • Logo – Upload your business logo (optional)
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Add Your First Service

  1. Click "Services" in the sidebar
  2. Click the "+ Add Service" button
  3. Fill in the service details:
    • Service Name – e.g., "Haircut", "Massage", "Consultation"
    • Duration – How long the service takes (30 min, 1 hour, etc.)
    • Price – The cost of the service
    • Description – Brief description for customers (optional)
  4. Click "Save Service"

Tip: You can add multiple services and organize them into categories later.

Set Your Working Hours

  1. Go to "Settings" → "Working Hours"
  2. For each day of the week, set your open and close times
  3. Toggle days off by unchecking the day
  4. Click "Save"

Share Your Booking Page

  1. Go to "Online Booking" in the sidebar
  2. Copy your unique booking link (e.g., skhedio.com/b/yourbusiness)
  3. Share it on your website, social media, or email signature

You're all set!

Your business is now ready to accept online bookings. Customers can visit your booking page and schedule appointments 24/7.
