How to Add Staff
Add team members to your business.
Adding a New Staff Member
- Go to Staff in the sidebar
- Click "+ Add Staff"
- Fill in the staff details:
- Name – Staff member's full name
- Email – For notifications and portal login
- Phone – Contact number (optional)
- Profile Photo – Shown on booking page (optional)
- Title/Role – e.g., "Senior Stylist", "Massage Therapist"
- Select Services this staff member can perform
- Set their Working Hours
- Click "Save"
Staff Portal Access
You can give staff members their own login to the Staff Portal where they can:
- View their upcoming appointments
- Mark appointments as complete
- View customer notes
- Manage their schedule
To enable portal access, toggle on "Portal Access" when adding the staff member. They'll receive an email invitation to set up their password.
Tip: Staff can only see their own appointments and customers. They cannot access business settings or other staff members' data.
Service Assignment
Assign only the services each staff member is qualified to perform. When customers book:
- They'll only see staff available for their selected service
- "Any Available Staff" will only assign to qualified staff
- This prevents booking errors and ensures quality service
