Edit / Cancel Booking

Learn how to modify or cancel existing appointments.


Editing a Booking

  1. Find the appointment on the calendar or in the appointments list
  2. Click on the appointment to open the details
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Make your changes:
    • Change the date or time
    • Switch to a different service
    • Reassign to another staff member
    • Update notes
  5. Click "Save Changes"

Rescheduling

To quickly reschedule an appointment:

  1. Drag and drop – Simply drag the appointment to a new time slot
  2. Edit form – Open the edit form and change the date/time fields

Canceling a Booking

  1. Click on the appointment
  2. Click "Cancel Appointment"
  3. Optionally enter a cancellation reason
  4. Choose whether to notify the customer
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Note: Canceled appointments are not deleted. They remain in your records with a "Canceled" status for reporting purposes.

Marking as No-Show

If a customer doesn't show up for their appointment:

  1. Click on the appointment
  2. Click "Mark as No-Show"
  3. The appointment will be marked with a "No-Show" status
