Edit / Cancel Booking
Learn how to modify or cancel existing appointments.
Editing a Booking
- Find the appointment on the calendar or in the appointments list
- Click on the appointment to open the details
- Click "Edit"
- Make your changes:
- Change the date or time
- Switch to a different service
- Reassign to another staff member
- Update notes
- Click "Save Changes"
Rescheduling
To quickly reschedule an appointment:
- Drag and drop – Simply drag the appointment to a new time slot
- Edit form – Open the edit form and change the date/time fields
Canceling a Booking
- Click on the appointment
- Click "Cancel Appointment"
- Optionally enter a cancellation reason
- Choose whether to notify the customer
- Confirm the cancellation
Note: Canceled appointments are not deleted. They remain in your records with a "Canceled" status for reporting purposes.
Marking as No-Show
If a customer doesn't show up for their appointment:
- Click on the appointment
- Click "Mark as No-Show"
- The appointment will be marked with a "No-Show" status
