Introduction

These are the terms and conditions of use for www.skhedio.com ("Terms") and all affiliated websites owned and operated by Skhedio (referred to as "we", "us" and "our"), including all subdomains, subdirectories, mobile sites, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Site").

Your use of the Site will be subject to these Terms and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions of use only apply to your use of our Site. These terms and conditions of use DO NOT apply to the third party goods and services which are available for booking and purchases on our Site. The online ordering and booking-related services (including payments, vouchers and bookings) we make available through the Site (the "Skhedio Services") are provided subject to our Terms of Service. Our third party partners fulfil these services (including the provision of your selected treatments) (the "Partner Services").

We may change these Terms from time to time by changing them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Skhedio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

If you use our Site, Skhedio's Privacy Policy applies and forms a part of these Terms of Use. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us - even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

Access to the Site

There may be times when certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, become unavailable (whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis) or are modified, suspended, or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.

If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.

Accounts, Passwords and Security

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or use, or if you violate these Terms.

What You Are Allowed to Do

• Create and manage your account
• View your booking history and manage your preferences
• Leave reviews and ratings for services you have received
• Purchase gift cards and vouchers
• Contact businesses through the platform

You may print or download content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices.

Your Promises to Us

By using our Site, you promise that:

We are a platform that connects you with service providers. We do not provide the underlying services offered by partner businesses. Any contract for services is between you and the partner business, not Skhedio.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, mediation or arbitration in New Zealand
• The courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

The Site is intended for users located in New Zealand. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of New Zealand.
